From the child called ‘Yoga’ to Sainik Baba
Born the youngest of five to a farming family, the boy left home in 1984 in search of God — keeping years of silence on the banks of the Alakananda, serving a silent master in the high Himalayas, and prostrating his way to the glaciers of Satopanth. There a revelation set the course of his life: to travel, to perform the sacred fire, and to turn the people to the names of God.
